Two Times for Ted Torres

Ted Torres came into tonights contest as last years winner, and he come out victorious once again! Congratulations to the 2008 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist at Destination Daytona winner, Ted Torres! Good luck later this year at Graceland. And congratulations to the 1st runner up Randy Filippi!
